Great facility! Everything is clean, modern, and welcoming. The front desk staff is fantastic, and Niña is incredibly nice and helpful. Dr. Serrano is a true treasure. He takes his time, listens carefully, and is very thorough. You never feel rushed. Overall, a great place with an amazing team. Highly recommend!

From the moment I walked in, Michelle and Nina at the front desk made me feel welcome. They were kind, understanding, and very efficient. The check-in process was quick and easy, and they handled everything professionally while still being warm and personable. It’s rare to find such welcoming staff, and they truly set a calming tone for the entire appointment. Also, Dr. Serrano was just as wonderful. He took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns and never made me feel rushed. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. I truly felt heard, respected, and cared for throughout my visit. I’m very grateful for the excellent care I received.

Nina, the receptionist at Community Medical Group, is absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk in, she greets you with a warm smile and positive attitude. She is professional, organized, and very helpful with scheduling appointments and answering any questions. Even when the office is busy, she stays calm and makes sure everyone feels acknowledged and taken care of. She truly sets the tone for a great patient experience. Community Medical Group is lucky to have her!

I came here for the first time for some blood work and help with my skin and they’re fast. You will be in and out within 10 to 25 minutes depending on the service. Nina at the front desk is the best! She gives warm welcomes and helps you. Overall would recommend to anyone!

I had such a great experience with Ms Nina at the front desk she was super accommodating and sweet. Dr Serrano is extremely thoughtful and thorough. The office was super clean and little to no wait time. They get the job done!
